1. The service
Mentora is a business-to-business platform that coaching institutes use to run one-on-one mentorship — scheduling, video sessions, notes, and analytics. Each institute operates on its own subdomain and is responsible for its mentors' and students' use of the platform.
2. Accounts & access
Access is by invitation from an institute and is authenticated with a one-time code sent to your mobile number. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device secure.
3. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the platform: no unlawful, abusive, or infringing content; no attempts to breach security or access data that isn't yours; no reselling access. Institutes set additional rules for their own mentors and students.
4. Recordings
Sessions may be recorded where the institute enables it. Participants are shown a clear notice before joining. Recordings, transcripts, and analysis are stored securely and made available to the institute for quality and educational purposes.
5. Data & privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Notice. We are committed to India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) principles of purpose limitation and informed consent.
6. Changes & contact
